- We offer 5 different program types, which each have special nutritional and dietary restrictions on them. The 5 current weight loss programs we offer are:
- Standard - Our Standard Program combines the science of healthy weight loss with the convenience of chef-prepared meals. This program contains all available meals.
- Diabetic - Meals on our Diabetic Friendly Program contain 25 grams or less of NET carbs per serving and are designed to help promote stable blood sugar.
- Keto Flex - is a low-carb, metabolic reset program that’s flexible yet effective at detoxing from sugar, kicking cravings quickly, and jump-starting your weight loss journey while still enjoying your favorite foods. In just a few days, you will notice your sugar cravings dissipating, and in as little as 2-3 weeks your metabolism will be reset making your weight loss efforts that much more effective!
- Heart Healthy - Our Heart Healthy Program features meals that promote the healthy function of your heart and contain less than 600mg of sodium and 3.5 grams of saturated fat.
- Menopause - Our Menopause Program is designed to keep your blood sugar and insulin levels stable. This allows your body to effectively utilize energy and burn fat.
- Gluten Free - Every gluten free meal we deliver is tested to the FDA standard of 20PPM or less. These meals do not contain wheat, rye or barley.
- The second half of your service is deciding on the number of meals you get per week. We again, have a few options:
- Full Program 7 Days – You will receive 7 breakfasts, 7 lunches, 6 dinners, and an open night (My Night aka your cheat night) to enjoy your favorite meal or practice healthy eating outside our program.
- Full Program 5 Days – You will receive 5 breakfasts, 5 lunches, and 5 dinners.
- Lunch & Dinner 7 Days – You will receive 7 lunches and 7 dinners.
- Lunch & Dinner 5 Days – You will receive 5 lunches and 5 dinners.
We also offer EATS (Essential and Tasty Snacks). EATS is an essential part of your bistroMD program and is a different approach to snacking. We encourage snacking. EATS does more than satisfy your sweet tooth and nibble urges, it also boosts your metabolic burn to keep the pounds coming off. We offer EATS as an optional addition to all our plans and can also provide snack only orders.
