What you gain from not eating the junk food and sugar is the will power to be happy and healthy. Establishing healthy eating habits, and replacing those unnatural snacks with delicious natural selections that taste better, can make you feel great too.

As cheesy as it sounds, the choices you make now, as a young adult, especially eating with regard to healthy, will impact how you live for the rest of your life. After 15 years, those who eat at fast-food restaurants more than twice a week, compared to less than once a week, had gained an extra ten pounds. If teens continue to eat like this for the rest of their lives, it will not only insure obesity, but also insure risky health conditions, and setting a poor example for generations to come.
