Our program provides 1,100-1,400 calories daily with 40-50% total caloric intake from lean, adequate protein, 20-25% of calories from healthy fats, and 30-35% from complex carbohydrates.

So what are the benefits to eating right?

Healthy fat helps control hunger:

We don’t give you bad fats that are going to make you feel sluggish hours later. We incorporate good fats into our meal plans, such as salmon, tuna, nuts and vegetables. These fats make your cholesterol, heart and body much happier. They also make you feel full too.

Smaller portions are better:

Restaurants want us to think that they’re giving us a bargain so they give us servings for two, disguised as a portion for one. However, the more food we eat, the higher our daily caloric intake will be, causing us to gain weight.

Think about it. If you only eat three large meals a day, there will be fluctuations in your blood sugar due to the gaps between meals. Proper diet and nutrition is actually supported by eating three smaller meals each day, with healthy snacks in between.
