Fizzy Blueberry Mint Drink Recipe


These blueberry mint cocktails are ready for any celebration and this simple concoction is sure to delight your taste buds. The cooling mint flavor is a perfectly refreshing compliment to the sweet blueberry’s flavors.

We love this recipe when it’s on the rocks, but you can try blending it to switch it up!

Ingredients

● 2 limes, juiced
● 1 orange, juiced
● 2 teaspoons agave nectar
● 1 cup fresh blueberries
● 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped + 2 sprigs for garnish
● 2 shots of Vodka Splash and sparkling water (if desired)

Instructions

1. Add lime juice, orange juice, agave, blueberries and chopped mint to a blender and blend until smooth. Strain and discard any leftover solid pieces.
2. Fill two glasses with ice. In a cocktail shaker, add the blueberry mixture and vodka. Shake well and divide between two glasses. Add a splash of mineral water and garnish with fresh mint.
