How do I start my program?

First, clear room in your freezer and rid your home of temptations. Once you receive your cooler: Unpack and group each day of meals from back to front in your freezer. All meals should be kept frozen until 24 hours before use.

Move your upcoming day of meals to the refrigerator the night before to thaw for more even re-heating.

When you cook, the heating instructions are on every meal. Most take under 5 minutes in the microwave and all of our meal trays are safe to heat in a microwave since they are BPA-free.

Enjoy your meals and season your food to your taste. Our chefs suggest using sea salt or a sodium-free salt substitute.

Know your deadlines to customize your menu, make changes, or place your plan on hold.
