We understand things come up, so we make it easy to skip weeks in your subscription. Once you’re signed in, click on the "My Account" section in the top navigation and then click "Manage Deliveries". Scroll down to the weeks you want to skip and click the 'Skip' button.
The deadline to skip a week is Wednesday at 5PM Eastern Time (the previous week). We do extend this deadline for new users on their first week so they have a chance to try the food before receiving your second week, just contact us!
If you decide you’d like to cancel your subscription, please log into your mybistroMD account, click the “My Account” menu option in the top navigation bar, and then click "Update Plan".
Here you can make requests to change your plan, or scroll down to find the cancel subscription "click here" link. You’ll have a chance to give us some feedback and then click 'Cancel Program' to finalize the process.
If there’s any way we can help before you cancel, contact us. Either way, it’s easy to come back and reactivate your account whenever you’re ready.
Our cancelation deadline is Wednesday at 5PM Eastern Time for the week following. If you need to cancel your plan after this deadline, please contact us so we can stop production on your order.
