How to heat your meals

Our entrées may be heated directly from the freezer, or for a quicker, more even heat, you may thaw in the fridge the night before. Thawed entrées must be heated within 48 hrs.

To Heat in a Microwave:

  • Remove tray from outer cardboard sleeve. Do not remove or puncture clear film.
  • Follow heat instructions & time printed on the entrées outer sleeve.
  • Let stand covered for 1 minute before serving. Handle with caution, product & packaging will be hot.
  • Season to taste, stir & enjoy!

To Heat in an Oven (Toaster/Convection included):

  • We recommend preheating the oven to 325°F (Do Not Exceed 400°F)
  • Remove the plastic film from the tray.
  • Place all entrée contents into an oven-safe baking dish or put a pan under the plastic tray.
    • Our CPET trays are oven safe to 400°F and leech no harmful chemicals or plastic
  • Many factors will cause heating times to vary, we recommend heating until the internal temp is 165°F or higher.
  • Remove from oven, wait 1-2 minutes.
  • Handle with caution, product & container will be hot.
  • Season to taste, stir & enjoy!
