When do I eat my meals or snacks? Timing?

We generally recommend eating every 3 hours to keep your metabolism revved, blood sugar stable, and hunger at bay. However, we recommend structuring your meal and snack schedule for what works best for you! 

You may have some days that one pattern works well, and other days that your schedule is different. Really, the important thing is to make sure that you're eating your meals and snacks each day so that you're getting adequate calories, protein and nutrients.
