Forget about Fasting

Today, you see ads and infomercials about starvation diets that deprive you of essential nutrients, and fasting diets which claim liquids are all you need to lose weight. These methods can be dangerous and they don't provide you with the healthy arsenal of nutrients that you need to shed fat. Additionally, if you're not getting enough of the right nutrients, you're body will panic and go into starvation mode. This means these fasting diets may cause you to gain weight as and pack on more pounds after you've finished because the body doesn't know when it might get nourishment again!

Unlike the diets mentioned above, our entrees won't deprive you of the essential protein you need. Your bistroMD entrees prevent your body from breaking down muscle mass to use protein for energy.
