Success does not happen overnight. If it did, we wouldn't be here. Like everything, weight-loss takes time, but without any help, it could scare the living daylights out of you.

However, there's no need to be scared. We're here to help you.

Our priority is you. When you sign up as a member of our diet meal plan, we are making a commitment to be there for you, every step of the way.

Losing weight is a commitment and you're more likely to succeed if you trust in your diet meal plan.

BistroMD was built on a foundation of healthy weight loss that is based on real science and the unique knowledge that food is medicine. We are different in that don't believe in dieting. We believe in health.

Our entrees contain a scientific balance of complex carbohydrates, like vegetables, whole grains and fiber along with lean protein and healthy fat ratios. With over 200 delicious recipes, you don't have to sacrifice your love of food while you satisfy your body's need to eat healthier.

We tell you about us, our logic and our programs from the get-go. There are no gimmicks here. We stay true to our word. We will never serve you anything we wouldn't want to eat ourselves.

Did I also mention you could customize your own diet meal plan? We understand that everyone is different and like I said earlier, we want you to succeed, so we're letting you decide what you want to eat, with the help of our registered dieticians.

Our programs:

We offer a men and a women's diet meal plan. Our program helps adjust your body's specific metabolic rate so you can lose weight. Also, we want you to be enabled to achieve successful lifetime weight- maintenance for years to come.

Once you choose a program, we have two diet meal plan options.

We offer a five-or-seven day meal plan. The five-day diet meal plan gives you three meals per day— breakfast, lunch and dinner. This “work week” program is ideal if you like to cook your own meals on weekends. When you order you also have the option of adding our snack program called EATS, essential and tasty treats, to your diet meal plan.

Our seven-day diet meal plan is very similar to the five-day diet meal plan. You're still going to receive three meals per day. However, with the seven-day diet meal plan, you're doing to receive meals seven times per week with the option to include My Night. My Night is your weekly opportunity to have a structured break from the program. When you order, you also have the option to include EATS.
