Moreover, 23 percent would be happy to gain 25 pounds after the wedding if they could lose 15 pounds before walking down the aisle and 14 percent would fast for a week before heading to the altar. Not only are these goals unrealistic and dangerous, but unnecessary if navigating through your weight loss journey with a well-executed plan.
