These requirements are: 1,100-1,400 calories daily with 40-50% total caloric intake from lean, adequate protein, 20-25% of calories from healthy fats, and 30-35% from complex carbohydrates.

Since we already understand which ingredients to use, it just makes sense that we shop, cook and clean for you. Trust us, we don’t mind. The great part about our home delivery diet meals is that we have over 200 delicious recipes. This means you don’t have to sacrifice your love of food so you can eat healthier.

If you want to join us on the path to healthy living, we offer two programs ranging from $130-$160. After you select the men or women’s program, you'll choose to receive five-or-seven-days’ worth of delicious entrees from our home delivery diet meal program, delivered to your door. We also offer the option to include EATS, our essential and tasty snacks, for just $1.50 per snack. Women receive two snacks per day and men receive three snacks per day.
