Healthy Food Delivery is a great way to lose weight and there are many benefits to having healthy food delivered to your door. Eating at relatively the same time every day actually regulates your metabolism, causing you not to feel hungry throughout the day. Our goal is to get you to your target weight, but also give you the tools to succeed even after you meet your weight-loss goals.

One of our founders, Dr. Caroline J. Cederquist, M.D., who has 20 years under her belt as a board-certified bariatric physician, and our team of Registered Dieticians, ensures that every bite you take follows this proven weight-loss approach: Our healthy food delivery program provides 1,100-1,400 calories daily with 40-50% total caloric intake from lean, adequate protein, 20-25% of calories from healthy fats, and 30-35% from complex carbohydrates.

Understanding what your body really needs to lose and maintain weight loss, learning what ingredients to use and selecting healthy recipes, shopping, cooking and cleaning is a lot of work. And we're more than happy to do it for you because we want to see you succeed in your weight-loss goals with our healthy food delivery program.

Our menu and our program

It's easy to succeed when we give you the ability to once again enjoy what you're eating and trust that every bite is more than just delicious; it is also perfectly designed for healthy weight-loss.

With over 200 delicious recipes, you don't have to sacrifice your love of food while you satisfy your body's need to eat healthier. The entrees from our healthy food delivery program are completely customizable and if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to our registered dieticians.

If you're interested in our delicious healthy food delivery programs, we have two programs to choose from. After you select the men or women's program, you have the option to receive five-or-seven-days of delicious entrees from our meal delivery service. They range from $130-$160 and you have the option to include EATS, our essential and tasty snacks. It's $1.50 per snack. Women receive two snacks per day and men receive three snacks per day.
