Our lives are already stressful enough without the added pressure to lose weight and fit back into our old high school jeans. Healthy eating is one of methods that will help get you there. Self-control is the other.

Drink more lemon water

Personally, I love lemon water over regular water any day. Water is already good for you, but the Vitamin C and Potassium from the lemon are hard to beat. Not to mention, water naturally speeds up your metabolism, acts as a natural diuretic, makes your skin glow, eases bloating and so much more.

Hold off on the cream

That’s right, coffee drinkers. It’s a good idea to switch from cream to milk if you want to cut down on your daily calorie consumption. Start with 2% and work your way toward fat-free milk. Remember, small changes warrant big progress. You’ll be there in no time and you can still drink your coffee too!

Never leave home without your water bottle

You can never drink enough water. Okay, well you can; but the chances of that are highly unlikely unless you do nothing, but drink water all day! It’s hard to program your brain to get used to water if you’ve been consuming sugary, caffeinated beverages all your life. But the point is to be healthy.

Start brown bagging it—or choose diets delivered
