In today’s world we barely have time to catch our breath and stop to think about a diet delivery at home program. With so many increasing demands, a work-life balance is tougher to achieve because we live in a society that has a go-go-go mentality. But are bodies can’t run on empty and we need to eat better. You might think, okay well I’ll just grab an apple before I leave the house and call it a day. That won’t work. Your body needs good carbohydrates, proteins and vitamins and nutrients to function at the best of its ability. An apple does not cover all of those things. We understand that it’s hard to stay on track in a world dominated by soda and sugar. But once you understand healthy eating, a diet delivery at home program can help.

First we’re going to talk about healthy eating

Eating healthy is essential for both mental and physical health. If you’re not putting good food into your body, it will be difficult for your body and your mind to feel good throughout the day. And the scary truth is that if you ignore your body’s need to eat healthy, you could be susceptible to extreme weight gain, heart attack or stroke. Being in an unhealthy state also causes your bones to absorb more stress, leading to serious bone problems later on. Also, with the right kind of diet, you will have more energy for every day tasks and exercise.

Now that you know why it’s so important to eat healthy, let me tell you about us. We are a diet delivery at home program that focuses on your success while keeping convenience in mind. We don’t believe in calorie counting or portion control. It takes too much time and you don’t get anything out of it. We also believe in health, not dieting because we are built on the foundation of healthy weight-loss that is based on real science and the unique knowledge that food is medicine.

Our diet delivery at home meals are not fads or gimmicks. We give you real, fresh healthy food delivered right to your door. We know what you should put into your body so we pick out the ingredients, choose the recipes and prepare artfully inspired, delicious entrees just for you.

With over 20 years of medical expertise, one of our founders and board certified bariatric physician, Caroline J. Cederquist, M.D., works with our team of Registered Dieticians to ensure the essential nutritional benefits are met in each and every entrée. Our program provides 1,100-1,400 calories daily with 40-50% total caloric intake from lean, adequate protein, 20-25% of calories from healthy fats, and 30-35% from complex carbohydrates.

Our other founder and self-proclaimed foodie, Ed Cederquist, travels the world in search of inspiration. He would never give you something he would not eat at his down dinner table and with over 200 mouthwatering recipes; you don’t have to sacrifice your love of food while sacrificing your body’s need to eat healthier.

If we’ve sparked your curiosity and we hope we have, we offer you two programs available ranging from $130-$160. After you select the men or women’s program, you must choose to receive five-or-seven-days’ worth of delicious entrees from our diet delivery at home program. We also offer the option to include EATS, our essential and tasty snacks. They’re normally $1.50 per snack. Women receive two snacks per day and men receive three snacks per day.
