Daily Exercise Plan: Get Creative, Get in Shape!

Are you one of the millions of Americans who’s suffering from weight gain, yet don't have the time or the energy to exercise daily and get rid of that extra body fat? Well, don’t wait any longer, because here are a few tips that will help you accomplish your fitness goals.

My name is Flavia and my ultimate dream is to make my own YouTube video promoting daily exercise. I’ve done some research, and I’ll be more than glad to share it with all my readers. Maybe you'll learn something new!

First of all, I would name my video “Flavia’s Amazing Daily and Easy Exercise Plan”. My video would include 10 easy ways to make exercise a habit. As we all know, exercising its easier said than done, that’s why, in my video, I’m going to add simple activities that viewers would enjoy doing. The ideas is to make exercise fun and easy.

Examples such activities would be such things as going biking, or even walking your dog, for 20 minutes a day. Doing it every day would get your metabolism going, and you would start losing weight. In case some of my viewers may not live in a safe neighborhood to go biking, nor own a dog; I would also include the easiest way to exercise: going to an actual gym with a good friend.

Going to the gym alone can be boring, and may cause you to quit going because you’ll have no encouragement. However, if you go with a gym buddy, works out great because you’ll have a chance to catch up on the latest gossip while enjoying a great work out.

Finally, I’ll also add a thirty minute, at-home, work out plan that would include ten minutes of running, throughout the house or the outside, ten minutes of doing sit ups, and another ten minutes of lifting weights. If you did any of these exercises every day, I guarantee you that you’d start seeing results within a month. You’ll love your body by summer time. I hope you all watch my video as soon as it’s completed. Most of all, enjoy your work out and your new wonderful body!
