These diet programs focus on metabolism correction so you not only lose fat, but keep it off too. Our diet programs help adjust your body’s specific metabolic rate so you can lose weight and feel enabled to achieve successful lifetime weight-maintenance as well. Our Registered Dietitians plan your daily and weekly menu so you can enjoy eating great tasting, real food while you lose weight.
Once you choose your program, you have the option of five or seven days’ worth of home meal deliveries. Each diet program comes with three meals a day—breakfast, lunch and dinner. However, both diet programs have the option to include EATS, our essential and tasty treats.
