Every healthy diet plan contains an average of 1,200 to 1,400 calories daily with 40 to 50 percent of total caloric intake from lean, adequate protein, 20 to 25 percent of calories from healthy fats, and 30 to 35 percent from complex carbohydrate.

5-Day Program:
The 5-Day Program is ideal for people dedicated to losing weight or maintaining their weight loss goals, but who do not require a full 7 days of entrees.

Five breakfasts, five lunches, and five dinners are provided, making it ideal for those who like to cook their own meals on the weekends, or whose busy schedules require them to eat out several times a week.

The 5-Day Program also offers the option of choosing EATS.

• Lunch: Enjoy roasted cauliflower and lentils with charred red pepper sauce. Roasted cauliflower and green lentils is ignited by mirepoix, which is a French concoction of sautéed onions, carrots, and celery diced, and then topped with a robust charred red bell pepper sauce. Truly, eating veggies has never tasted so delicious!

• Dinner: Try the delicious pork tenderloin with olive tapenade. The south of France comes to life with this amazing dish consisting of juicy slow-roasted pork tenderloin, served with a tapenade sauce made with finely chopped olives, capers and olive oil. It is served with toasted saffron orzo pasta and complemented with a colorful and hearty serving of green asparagus spheres.

Additional meal options include a breakfast tostada, caramelized mushroom and onion frittata, cranberry orange multigrain cereal with ham, or dark chocolate chip crepes with pork sausage hash, seabass with sweet coconut pineapple sauce, chicken piccata, and French onion meatloaf with smoked gouda just to name a few.

Oh, and cannot forget about snacks to guiltlessly enjoy throughout the day! Some of the many selections include salted caramel pecan bars, nature's sunshine granola, Northwoods beef jerky with cranberries and blueberries, and southwest nacho chili crisps.
