You can substitute it with a dish found on the internet that has “meatballs [that] are made with lean turkey sausage and ground sirloin, plus a dash of basil and parsley.” There are many dishes like this that businesses pre-make in order to create a mix of healthy food and quickness that provides health for kids.

Health for kids is very important for the fact that most growth, both physically and mentally, happens during these very precious years.
