The power of social media and the internet has taken over our kids of the future. Instead of putting on tennis shoes and running around outside they kick-back, relax, and rot on the couch all day. Not exercising daily has some serious consequences, it’s important to get your family motivated and help your siblings along the way.

Create some activities for our family that’s fun and easy to get your kids to exercise daily, help them shut off their remote controllers and turn off the computer. Exercising daily for young children is important to build muscular strength and strong bones for later development, defends the body against diseases, helps children perform better in physical activities as well as mental activities, control cholesterol, and most important keeps away from early obesity. If children get the habit of eating healthy along with exercising daily is easier to cope with as an adult and diets won’t be as difficult for you as it is the rest of our population.

Having trouble figuring out how to get your kids to step away from the computer screen? Take your kids out to parks, beaches or maybe the zoo, it gets them away from the house and gets the outside. Other things you can do are encourage your kids to go outside and play games, cut TV time and other electronic activities short, admit them in swimming classes, or maybe take them to the gym with you.

If you are big on exercising make sure you make exercising daily for your children important too.

Children use parents as their role models so be sure to set a good example.
