1. You submit a great essay or story by Friday, December 18th, 2009.
2. We judge based on title creativity, content quality, and adherence to the theme.
3. Winners are announced Tuesday, December 22nd, 2009!

How To Win
Keep your essay or story between 500 and 750 words.
Submit relevant, interesting content that can be posted on the BistroMD website, blogs, etc.
Add a creative, thought provoking, or catchy title.

Competition Details

1. No purchase is necessary.
2. The Competition begins 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time ("EST") November 11th, 2009 and ends at 5:00 pm EST on December 18th, 2009 ("Competition Period").
3. The prizes are as follows:
$1,000 first prize for best overall
$250 for the funniest
$250 for the most inspirational
4. The winner will be announced on December 22nd, 2009. Good Luck.
5. Competition is only open to residents of the United States.
6. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes and must be 18 or older. All winners will be notified by email.
