6 Ways to Celebrate Women's Health and Fitness Day

1. Join the Coordinated Health Events
Establishments are already committed in the celebration of Women's Health and Fitness Day. Local organizations include senior centers, hospitals, health departments, colleges and much more! Do not hesitate to reach out to these groups for more information within your community.

2. Utilize Media
Facebook and mobile apps such as Meetup are excellent resources to further identify locations and people participating in Women's Health and Fitness Day. Go to these events with close friends and family or go unaccompanied to meet new people!

3. Search for Fitness Classes
