Drink water

What you drink throughout the day can either make or break your weight loss goals. Instead drink water which is a no calorie, refreshing drink that won’t make you gain weight. If you find water to be boring, add blueberries, cucumber or orange slices for an exciting twist.

Limit starch

For fast weight loss you need to change your diet. Plain and simple. The best way to do this is to limit the amount of starch you eat a day. This can be as simple as not having toast with breakfast or not eating the bread put in front of you at a restaurant. Also you could take a smaller serving of potatoes or corn. By simply reducing your intake of starch you can reduce the amount of calories you eat in a day and consequently lose weight faster.
