2. We judge based on title creativity, content quality, and adherence to the theme.

2. The Competition begins 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time ("EST") November 11th, 2009 and ends at 5:00 pm EST on December 18th, 2009 ("Competition Period").
3. The prizes are as follows:
