Your ’Go To’ List of Healthy Foods
Most of us make a list when we go to the grocery store because it’s impossible to remember what you need without a list. A list of healthy foods is a great start, but it can be pretty tough if you’re not sure where to begin.
What if I don’t have the time to go to the grocery store?
If you don’t have time to go to the grocery store and eat healthy, consider a diet meal delivery service. BistroMD is fast, convenient and led by a group of passionate individuals. And our goal is for you to be a lighter, healthier and happier you.
We don’t mind shopping for healthy ingredients, choosing healthy recipes, cooking and cleaning. We have over 200 delicious recipes and a customizable menu so you’ll never have to sacrifice taste for nutritional quality.
You’ll start seeing results in a few weeks and you don’t have anything to lose, but the fat.
We have a men or a women’s program and the option to receive five-or-seven-days’ worth of healthy meals. The seven day option comes with the My Night feature where you can eat whatever you want for one night (but don’t go too crazy). The two programs range from $130-$160 and EATS, our essential and tasty snacks are also an additional option at $1.50 per snack. The number of snacks you receive will depend on your gender with women receive two snacks per day and men receive three snacks per day.
