Most of us make a list when we go to the grocery store because it’s impossible to remember what you need without a list. A list of healthy foods is a great start, but it can be pretty tough if you’re not sure where to begin.

What if I don’t have the time to go to the grocery store?

The number of snacks you receive will depend on your gender with women receive two snacks per day and men receive three snacks per day.
