Home delivery diet meals are the new craze that’s sweeping the nation. The desire to lose weight will never go out of style. However now there's more of a pressing need to lose weight. More than one-third of U.S. adults (35.7-percent to be exact) are obese and the demand for home delivery diet meals is rising.

If you’re worried about your weight, don’t sweat it. We’re here for you. We know that understanding what your body really needs to lose and maintain weight-loss, learning what ingredients to use and selecting healthy recipes, shopping, cooking and cleaning is a lot of work. That’s why we’re more than happy to do it for you.

There are many fad diets and gimmicks out there, but we assure you that we are not one of them. We’re a company based on integrity and we’re dedicated to you seeing positive and healthy results.

One of our founders, Caroline J. Cederquist, M.D. works with our team of Registered Dieticians to ensure that certain nutritional requirements are met in each and every entree that we serve to you.

Every bite you take follows these nutrition requirements: Our program provides 1,100-1,400 calories daily with 40-50% total caloric intake from lean, adequate protein, 20-25% of calories from healthy fats, and 30-35% from complex carbohydrates.

This is because here at bistroMD, we’re not going to promise you rapid results with minimal effort. However, we do assure you that you won’t have to starve yourself or limit what you can eat. With over 200 delicious recipes, you don’t have to forgo your love of food while you satisfy your body’s need to eat healthier.

We’re trying to change your perception on weight-loss with our home delivery diet meals. We want you to move beyond restrictive portions and annoying calorie counting. We’re built on the foundation of healthy weight-loss that is based on real science and the unique knowledge that food is medicine.

We don’t believe in dieting. We believe in health.

Why should you eat healthy?

There are many benefits to eating healthy home delivery diet meals. One benefit of home delivery diet meals is that they’re easy and convenient. Weight-loss is obviously another huge benefit; but a healthy diet also benefits your cardiovascular health, thus lowering your chance of heart disease. Since your meals will already be prepared for you, it’s easier to eat around the same time every day, which helps maintain an active metabolism and keep your hunger at bay.

If you’re interested in our home delivery diet meals, we have two programs to choose from. After you select the men or women’s program, you have the option to receive five-or-seven-days’ worth of delicious entrees from our meal delivery service. They range from $130-$160 and you have the option to include EATS, our essential and tasty snacks. It’s $1.50 per snack. Women receive two snacks per day and men receive three snacks per day.
