Q: How can I track my order?

When an order is received, you will get an email confirmation sent to whatever email you signed up with. Logging into your account, you can visit your dashboard and see the deadline to customize your upcoming week. After that deadline passes, it can take a few days to get your meals ready from our kitchens, but once they are packed and ready, we hand them over to FedEx, and send you a tracking number. You should receive a tracking number in your email, as well as be able to sign up for text and call alerts through FedEx. We make sure to pack it with enough dry ice to keep your meals cold the entire way, but overall shipping time varies depending on your location, and when your personal deadline! For any questions, our customer service team is always around to help out and answer any other questions you may have!

Once your order ships, you should receive a tracking number in your email. Orders are typically picked up by FedEx Mon-Thurs and delivered Wed-Sat each week. Once FedEx has your meals, the tracking number will be emailed to you in around 2-3 days, but we make sure to pack it with enough dry ice to keep your meals cold the entire way!
