How will I know if my order was received?
Before your order is processed, we will ask you for your personal and billing information, as well as a valid email address. Once you complete an order through our secure shopping cart, you will receive two email notifications:
1. An email confirmation that your order was received, and is being created.
2. An email from FedEx with the tracking number for your order.
The first email you will receive will be sent to you immediately after you complete your order online. It will confirm that your order was received, and provides you with your unique order confirmation number. This email will also provide you with important information regarding future orders, as well as information about our company deadlines regarding holds, changes, and cancellations to your order.
Once a FedEx tracking number has been created, you will receive an email which will allow you to track your order through the FedEx website, up until the time of delivery.
Do you offer different weight loss programs for different lifestyles?
BistroMD offers two customizable programs that consist of either 5 or 7 days’ worth of breakfast, lunch and dinner entrees, designed to promote healthy weight loss. In addition, when you order, you also have the option of adding our snack program called EATS, Essential and Tasty Snacks, to your program.
Have special requests for your busy lifestyle? For example, would it be best for you to receive 7 days of dinners, and 5 days of lunches? Let us know by giving us a call and our Registered Dietitians will customize a program to fit your specific lifestyle and needs.
Can you order bistroMD for one day?
As you know, you can't lose weight in one meal alone. You need a carefully crafted program, and bistroMD can be the program that you need.
Our programs are designed to give you the balanced nutrition you need in order to lose weight the healthy way. Our program is also designed to teach you the skills you need to achieve your goals and also maintain a healthy weight.
If you want to truly win at losing weight, you have to stay focused. With weekly delivery of chef-prepared entrees that are created under the guidance of Dr. Cederquist, we do all of the work so you don't have to.
At bistroMD we believe you don't have to sacrifice great taste in order to maintain successful weight loss.
How do I make changes to my order?
If you have a menu entree or snack preference, just log on to mybistroMD.com to customize your program.
To request a hold or cancel your program, please contact us via e-mail: CustomerService@bistroMD.com or by phone at: (866) 401-3438.
We are happy to accommodate your requests. You must let us know within our deadlines so we can best serve you. After these deadlines we prepare your menu and your weekly delivery is picked up by FedEx. At that point, all of your entrees are already on their way to you and we are unable to make changes to that order. If you contact us after the deadline, any changes will be reflected on the following order. If you cancel after the deadline, you will receive and will be billed for this final delivery of entrees.
What is my login for my bistroMD?
Your login is the email address you provided for your profile when you purchased bistroMD online or over the phone.
What is my password for my bistroMD?
Your password is guest. Once you log in you can click on the My Account section of my bistroMD and modify your password.
Why does each person in my household that orders need their own login to my bistroMD?
My bistroMD allows you the ability to customize your program. If you have multiple orders under the same email address, to access this interface you will need to provide the name associated with the order at the login screen at www.mybistromd.com.
