An oven roasted fillet of North Atlantic Salmon is presented atop country fresh egg coins and is blanketed with a low fat hollandaise. Paired with a breakfast hash of sweet potato, zucchini, vidalia onion, and smoked paprika.
Stuffed French Toast
A Whole Grain Piece of French Toast is stuffed with cinnamon and vanilla scented low fat cream cheese and is topped with locally cultivated strawberries and blueberries. Served with a Morningstar breakfast patty, roasted sweet potatoes, and sugar free maple syrup.
Spinach and Mushroom Crepe
A creamy filling of chopped leaf spinach and domestic mushroom are enveloped inside a delicate French crepe and topped with a dill hollandaise sauce. Served with roasted sweet potato cubes.
Leaf Spinach and Domestic Mushroom Omelet
A country fresh omelet is stuffed with chopped leaf spinach and sliced domestic mushroom and is then blanketed with a smoked paprika Hollandaise sauce. Served with roasted sweet potato cubes.
Spinach and Ricotta Cheese Crepes
Chopped leaf spinach, part skim ricotta cheese, and a julienne of sundried tomato are blended into a smooth filling and are stuffed inside delicate French crepe shells. Served with roasted sweet potato cubes.
